House of Heat is not responsible for entry administration, winner selection, prize sourcing, legal or carrier compliance, shipping, fulfillment, or claims handling.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins when the first official Giveaway Post is published by @unlckd.club on September 16, 2026, and ends on October 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). The potential winners will be selected on or about October 9, 2026. Sponsor's computer systems, Instagram records, and server timestamps are the official timekeeping devices. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period are void.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry:

• Are legal residents of one of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, excluding California, Maryland, and New York City;
• Are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence;
• Have a valid public or private Instagram account capable of receiving direct-message requests; and
• Can lawfully receive the applicable prize or an authorized substitute.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, House of Heat, or any entity involved in administering or fulfilling the promotion, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. "Immediate family" includes spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of residence. Existing UNLCKD members are eligible to enter. Eligibility is subject to verification. The promotion is void wherever prohibited or where required regulatory approvals have not been obtained.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may enter through any Instagram Reel expressly identified by Sponsor as an official post for this promotion (an "Eligible Post"). To receive a primary entry, an entrant must:

1. Follow @unlckd.club;
2. Like an Eligible Post; and
3. Leave a top-level comment stating one completely responsible reason the entrant needs the prize and tagging one friend.

The first valid comment earns one entry. An entrant may receive up to four additional comment entries by posting separate top-level comments. Each additional comment must contain a genuinely different responsible reason and tag a different friend. An entrant may receive one additional bonus entry by sharing an Eligible Post to the entrant's Instagram Story during the Promotion Period. If Sponsor cannot verify the Story share, including because the entrant's account is private, the entrant must send a screenshot of the share to @unlckd.club by direct message before the Promotion Period ends. The maximum number of entries is:

• Five comment entries; plus
• One Story-share entry;
• For a maximum of six entries per person for the entire promotion.

Entries across all Eligible Posts are combined. Entering through either the original Giveaway Post or the follow-up extinguisher post enters the entrant into both prize drawings. Entering through multiple posts does not increase the six-entry maximum. Replies to other comments, duplicate comments, deleted comments, comments without a valid tag, automated comments, and comments that do not satisfy these Rules are void. The tagged friend does not receive an entry merely by being tagged. Entrants must continue following @unlckd.club and keep their qualifying likes and comments visible until winner verification is completed. Normal internet and mobile-data charges may apply.

5. Automated Direct Message and Optional Offer

An entrant's first qualifying comment may trigger one automated Instagram direct message confirming receipt of the entry and presenting an optional UNLCKD membership offer. Receiving the message does not confirm eligibility or guarantee that an entry is valid. Repeated comments are not intended to trigger repeated membership offers. No purchase or membership is required. Redeeming the optional offer does not provide an additional giveaway entry and does not improve the odds of winning.

6. Entry Restrictions and Conduct

Entries must be submitted by the entrant through one genuine Instagram account. Entrants may not use multiple identities, multiple accounts, bots, scripts, macros, automated entry services, purchased engagement, or coordinated spam accounts. Sponsor may disqualify any entry or entrant that:

• Is incomplete, deceptive, copied, or fraudulent;
• Contains unlawful, threatening, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit material;
• Encourages unsafe or unlawful use of either prize;
• Infringes another person's rights;
• Attempts to manipulate engagement or the drawing; or
• Otherwise violates these Rules or the spirit of the promotion.

By commenting, the entrant represents that the comment is original and does not violate another person's rights. The entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, repost, and quote the comment and the entrant's public Instagram username solely in connection with administering, promoting, and reporting on this promotion.

7. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values

Grand Prize

One original 2018 The Boring Company Not-A-Flamethrower, represented as unused and supplied in its original box. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): US$1,400. The prize is sourced through the secondary collectibles market. No propane, fuel, or filled fuel cylinder is included or shipped.

Second Prize

One authentic 2018 The Boring Company collectible extinguisher. ARV: US$400. The extinguisher is awarded as an out-of-production collectible. Its precise cosmetic condition may reflect age, storage, or previous ownership and will be disclosed to the potential winner before acceptance. The extinguisher is not represented as inspected, serviced, certified, or suitable for use as primary emergency or life-safety equipment. Depending on carrier and legal requirements, it may be shipped empty, discharged, depressurized, nonfunctional, or as a display collectible only.

Total Prize Value

The total ARV of all prizes is US$1,800. Collectible-market prices fluctuate. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the stated ARV and the prize's actual purchase price, resale price, or market value at the time it is awarded. One Grand Prize winner and one Second Prize winner will be selected. A person may win no more than one prize.

8. Prize Substitution and Cash Alternative

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged at a winner's request. Sponsor may substitute a physical prize with cash equal to its stated ARV:

• US$1,400 for the Grand Prize; or
• US$400 for the Second Prize.

Sponsor may make this substitution if:

• The physical prize is unavailable or cannot be authenticated or sourced on commercially reasonable terms;
• Shipment or delivery cannot be lawfully, safely, or commercially completed;
• A carrier refuses or restricts delivery;
• The winner's address is subject to a local prohibition, permit requirement, carrier embargo, or fire-code restriction;
• The prize cannot be delivered in a condition permitted by applicable transportation requirements; or
• Another regulatory, safety, or logistical impediment prevents delivery.

Sponsor may alternatively substitute another prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor will not knowingly ship a physical prize into a jurisdiction where its delivery or possession is unlawful.

9. Random Drawing and Odds

On or about October 9, 2026, Sponsor or an independent drawing administrator will randomly select the potential Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential Second Prize winner will then be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. One person cannot win both prizes. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions concerning eligibility, entry validity, and winner selection are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be contacted only by direct message from @unlckd.club. Sponsor will never require payment, a membership purchase, a credit-card number, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or a fee to claim a prize. A potential winner must respond within 72 hours after the notification is sent. The potential winner must complete and return any requested verification documents within five business days. These may include:

• Government-issued identification;
• Proof of age and eligible residence;
• Confirmation of a lawful physical delivery address;
• An affidavit of eligibility;
• A liability and publicity release;
• A lawful-possession and delivery certification; and
• IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation if required by law.

Sensitive tax information will not be requested through an ordinary Instagram direct message. If a potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be contacted, fails to provide the requested documents, is found ineligible, refuses the prize, or cannot lawfully receive the prize or an approved substitute, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected. A potential winner is not an official winner until Sponsor confirms eligibility in writing.

11. Delivery

Physical prizes will be delivered only to a verified street address within an eligible jurisdiction in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. No delivery will be made to:

• P.O. boxes;
• APO or FPO addresses;
• Freight forwarders;
• Reshipping services;
• Hotels;
• Third-party drop-shippers; or
• Addresses outside the eligible jurisdictions.

Adult signature and government-issued identification may be required upon delivery. Sponsor may use an appropriately qualified carrier, dealer, or fulfillment provider. Sponsor may require additional documentation before shipment. Physical prizes will be shipped only in a condition and by a method accepted by the carrier and permitted by applicable transportation law. Air transportation is not promised. Risk of loss transfers to the winner when delivery is completed and accepted.

12. Safety and Lawful Possession

The prizes are collectible items and are not toys. Each winner is responsible for determining and complying with all federal, state, county, municipal, fire-code, property, storage, permitting, and licensing requirements applicable to possession or use. No person should attempt to operate either item without:

• Confirming that possession and use are lawful;
• Obtaining any required permit or approval;
• Having the item inspected by an appropriately qualified professional;
• Reading all applicable manufacturer and safety information; and
• Following all applicable fire-safety requirements.

The Not-A-Flamethrower produces an open flame and extreme heat. It must never be used indoors or near people, animals, structures, vehicles, vegetation, combustible materials, or prohibited areas. Sponsor does not provide operational training, inspection, servicing, or safety certification.

13. Prize Condition and Warranty Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all prizes are awarded "AS IS, WHERE IS," with all faults and without any warranty from Sponsor, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, safety, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer does not limit any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Taxes and Expenses

All federal, state, and local taxes and all costs not expressly included in these Rules are the winner's responsibility. Sponsor may require tax documentation and will issue any tax reporting forms required by applicable law. Each winner should obtain independent tax advice concerning the prize.

15. Optional UNLCKD Membership Offer

The optional membership offer is separate from the giveaway and is not required to enter or win. Offer code: BADIDEA. The offer is available to new UNLCKD members only and is limited to one redemption per person, household, payment method, and account. The offer provides the first 30 consecutive days of any eligible UNLCKD membership tier free. A valid payment method is required. Unless canceled before the free period expires, the selected membership automatically renews at the price and billing frequency disclosed and accepted during checkout, plus applicable tax, and continues renewing until canceled. Bronze, Blue, and Platinum renew monthly. Black renews annually. Customers may cancel before the free period expires through their UNLCKD account at unlckd.com or by contacting info@unlckd.com. Canceling before the end of the free period prevents the first paid renewal. A cancellation after a paid renewal stops future renewals. Refunds are governed by the membership terms and applicable law. The offer expires on October 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The renewal price, billing frequency, trial duration, and cancellation method must be displayed clearly during checkout before payment information is submitted. The customer must affirmatively agree to the automatic-renewal terms. Existing members remain eligible for the giveaway but are not eligible for the new-member trial unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise.

16. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant and winner releases and holds harmless Sponsor, House of Heat, Instagram, Meta, The Boring Company, Elon Musk, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from claims, injuries, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Participation in the promotion;
• An interrupted, lost, late, or invalid entry;
• Acceptance, possession, transportation, storage, misuse, or use of a prize;
• Unauthorized or unlawful operation or modification of a prize; or
• Participation in promotion-related publicity.

This release does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each winner agrees to indemnify Sponsor against third-party claims arising from that winner's unlawful, reckless, or negligent possession, storage, modification, or use of a prize.

17. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, each verified winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, voice, prize information, and submitted comment for reasonable promotion-related publicity without additional compensation. Sponsor will obtain any additional consent required by law.

18. Privacy

Sponsor may use entrant information to:

• Administer the promotion;
• Verify eligibility;
• Contact potential winners;
• Deliver prizes;
• Prevent fraud;
• Comply with legal and tax obligations; and
• Present the optional membership offer where permitted.

Information may be shared with House of Heat, ManyChat, drawing administrators, carriers, fulfillment providers, payment providers, professional advisers, tax authorities, and other service providers where reasonably necessary for those purposes. Entry does not constitute consent to unrelated marketing. Personal information is otherwise handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at unlckd.com.

19. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, attempts to manipulate the drawing or engagement, acts fraudulently or disruptively, threatens another person, violates these Rules, or interferes with the lawful operation of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Instagram outages or restrictions;
• Deleted, hidden, delayed, or inaccessible comments;
• Failed direct messages;
• Automation failures;
• Incorrect account settings;
• Technical, network, or carrier failures;
• Unauthorized intervention;
• Lost or corrupted information; or
• Events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

If fraud, technical failure, platform action, legal restriction, safety concern, carrier restriction, or another event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control prevents the promotion from operating as intended, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion. If reasonably possible and lawful, Sponsor will select winners from eligible entries received before the affected event. Sponsor will not materially change the eligibility requirements, odds, or prize obligations after entries begin except where necessary to comply with law or address circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

20. Platform and Brand Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, The Boring Company, Elon Musk, or any of their affiliates. Each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta from responsibility for the promotion. Instagram is used only as an entry and communication platform. Product names, logos, and trademarks are used solely to identify the prizes and do not imply sponsorship, approval, or endorsement.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, these Rules and the promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any permitted legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. Each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of those courts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs directly associated with entering the promotion. Entrants waive claims for indirect, consequential, punitive, or multiplied damages. Nothing in this section removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

22. Severability and Precedence

If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law. These promotion-specific Official Rules control over the UNLCKD General Promotion Terms & Conditions and over any inconsistent promotional copy, caption, direct message, campaign material, or general Free Method of Entry provision, except where prohibited by law.

Effective Date: September 16, 2026 These General Promotion Terms & Conditions ("General Terms") govern promotions, sweepstakes, giveaways, memberships, entries, products, and promotional campaigns operated by UNLCKD LLC ("UNLCKD," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") through the UNLCKD website, social media channels, affiliated websites, or associated platforms. Each promotion may also have promotion-specific Official Rules. Where promotion-specific Official Rules conflict with these General Terms, the promotion-specific Official Rules control. The eligibility requirements, entry methods, entry limits, prizes, promotion period, and dispute provisions stated in the applicable Official Rules supersede any inconsistent provision in these General Terms. The general Free Method of Entry described below applies only when it is expressly incorporated into a promotion's specific Official Rules. It does not create an additional entry method for a promotion whose Official Rules specify a different free method of entry. By entering a UNLCKD promotion, creating an account, purchasing a membership or product, or submitting a free entry, a participant agrees to be bound by these General Terms, the applicable promotion-specific Official Rules, and applicable law. 3. Promotion Period

Each promotion begins and ends on the dates and at the times stated in the applicable Official Rules or promotion page. UNLCKD may suspend, modify, extend, shorten, or cancel a promotion only as permitted by the applicable Official Rules and applicable law, including where fraud, technical failure, platform action, legal restriction, or circumstances beyond UNLCKD's reasonable control impair the promotion's integrity or operation.

4. How to Enter

Entry methods are stated in the applicable promotion-specific Official Rules. Depending on the promotion, eligible entries may be available through memberships, purchases, promotional activities, free social-media actions, or a stated alternative free method of entry. Where purchase-based entries are offered, a free method of entry will be available where required by law and described in the applicable Official Rules.

General Free Method of Entry

The general Free Method of Entry ("AMOE") at https://unlckd.com/fmoe/ applies only when expressly incorporated into the applicable promotion-specific Official Rules. Where incorporated, a valid free entry will receive the number of entries stated in the applicable Official Rules. Free entries must:

• Be submitted by a real individual;
• Contain accurate and complete information;
• Not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or fraudulent methods; and
• Comply with the applicable Official Rules and these General Terms.

UNLCKD may verify entries and disqualify any participant reasonably suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, automated entry methods, false information, or an attempt to undermine a promotion's integrity.

5. Entry Limitations

Entry limits, participation restrictions, and verification requirements are stated in the applicable Official Rules. Entries generated through robotic, programmed, automated, repetitive, bulk, or artificial means are prohibited and void. Multiple accounts, false identities, fraudulent payment activity, unauthorized chargebacks, or attempts to circumvent promotion rules may result in disqualification and account suspension.

6. Winner Selection

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Official Rules, winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the applicable promotion period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners may be required to:

• Verify identity and eligibility;
• Provide government-issued identification;
• Complete an affidavit or liability/publicity release; and
• Provide tax documentation where required by law.

Failure to complete required verification within the stated timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

7. Prizes

Prize values displayed on the website or promotional materials are approximate retail values and may vary due to market fluctuations, availability, exchange rates, or resale conditions. Subject to the applicable Official Rules and applicable law, UNLCKD may substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value where the advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot be lawfully or commercially fulfilled. Where fulfillment issues arise, including supply shortages, import or export restrictions, customs delays, manufacturer discontinuation, legal or regulatory issues, damage or loss in transit, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond UNLCKD's reasonable control, UNLCKD may provide a substitute prize, cash alternative, delayed fulfillment, or another reasonable replacement expressly permitted by the applicable Official Rules.

8. Prize Fulfillment

Unless the applicable Official Rules provide otherwise, prize fulfillment may take approximately 30 to 90 days or longer depending on shipping availability, customs processing, verification, supplier delays, product sourcing, or circumstances outside UNLCKD's reasonable control. Participants acknowledge that reasonable delays may occur. Winners are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, insurance costs, registration fees, licensing costs, and local compliance requirements associated with accepting or using a prize unless the applicable Official Rules expressly state otherwise.

9. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local, provincial, international, or other taxes associated with the acceptance, receipt, ownership, or use of a prize. UNLCKD may require winners to provide tax documentation before prize fulfillment where required by law.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, a verified winner may be required to grant UNLCKD permission to use the winner's name, likeness, social-media handle, photographs, video, voice, statements, hometown, and prize information for reasonable promotion-related publicity without additional compensation. Any publicity use remains subject to the applicable Official Rules and any consent required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless UNLCKD and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, agents, successors, and assigns from claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in a promotion, acceptance or use of a prize, technical failures, shipping delays, errors in promotion administration, or related activity. This release does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Prizes are provided "AS IS" without warranties from UNLCKD, except for rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Website and Technical Issues

UNLCKD is not responsible for website outages, server interruptions, internet failures, payment-processor failures, software errors, corrupted entries, delayed transmissions, lost data, unauthorized intervention, or technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. UNLCKD may suspend, modify, or terminate a promotion if fraud, technical failure, legal restriction, or another event beyond its reasonable control materially impairs the promotion's integrity or proper operation, subject to the applicable Official Rules and applicable law.

13. Social-Media Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Meta, or any other social-media platform. Participants release the applicable social-media platforms from responsibility for the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

14. Privacy

UNLCKD may collect and use personal information to administer promotions, verify eligibility, fulfill prizes, provide customer service, prevent fraud, process transactions, comply with law, and send marketing communications where a participant has opted in or where otherwise permitted by law. Personal information is handled in accordance with the UNLCKD Privacy Policy below.

15. Dispute Resolution

Dispute terms contained in applicable promotion-specific Official Rules control over this section. For disputes not governed by promotion-specific Official Rules, the parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by written notice to info@unlckd.com. Except where prohibited by law or where applicable Official Rules state otherwise, unresolved disputes arising from these General Terms will be resolved through individual binding arbitration under mutually applicable consumer-arbitration procedures. No participant may bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding to the extent such waiver is permitted by law. These General Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

16. General Conditions

UNLCKD may refuse participation, disqualify entrants, suspend accounts, void entries, or deny prize claims where fraud, abuse, misconduct, suspicious activity, or violations of these General Terms or applicable Official Rules are reasonably suspected. UNLCKD's failure to enforce a provision does not waive that provision. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in a UNLCKD promotion, creating an account, purchasing a membership or product, or submitting a free entry, a participant acknowledges having read and agreed to these General Terms and any applicable promotion-specific Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This general Free Method of Entry applies only to a UNLCKD promotion whose promotion-specific Official Rules expressly incorporate it. If promotion-specific Official Rules provide a different free entry method, those Official Rules control and this general AMOE does not create an additional entry method.
