Inspired by our own journeys in the world of collecting, we realised that there was a need for a platform that goes beyond buying and selling. We wanted to build a community where like-minded individuals could come together, celebrate the culture, and have the opportunity to give back to the community that has given us so much joy.

How do I become a member?

Yes. Our website membership rewards platform is available to residents and citizens of Australia and all other countries. However anyone is able to join the platform and take advantage of all the included benefits.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes, you can manage your membership level at any time while logged in as a member using your dashboard tools. If you need assistance in changing your membership, please contact our friendly team.
Are the vault giveaways included in my membership?
Yes, every member is automatically entered into every single giveaway for the period of the active membership month, including the major monthly grail and any special event giveaways.

“The Vault” is UNLCKD’s exclusive haven for high-end collectibles awaiting their lucky recipients among our website members. The Vault is a curated space, with an array of coveted items from sneakers, art, trading cards, sports memorabilia, designer toys and more, which will leave collectors awe-inspired. From sought-after limited editions to rare collectibles, The Vault houses a collection that is sure to ignite passion and excitement. Rest assured that every item in The Vault has been meticulously sourced and authenticated, ensuring the utmost in quality and authenticity. Once you become a member, you gain the opportunity to acquire these items from The Vault and access these extraordinary collectibles, turning your dreams into reality.
If i’m a member, how many entries do I have in the giveaways?
Each membership offers differing levels of free entries into each of our giveaways. Choose the membership package for you and find all of your free giveaway entry numbers listed in your account dashboard.
How are the giveaways drawn?
All of our giveaways are drawn via electronic method using licensed, independent random generators. All of our major grail giveaway draws are registered with the appropriate governing bodies for the draw. The permit numbers for the draws can be found on our Terms and Conditions page.
When are the giveaways drawn?
Giveaways will close 5pm AEST Friday, and winner(s) will be announced on the following Monday via our Winners page.
How many entrants are there for the giveaways?
Only UNLCKD members are eligible to participate in our giveaways. There are no entrant restrictions to the giveaways.
How do I know if i've won a giveaway?
We contact giveaway winners via phone call, text message and email. Winners details will be published on our website.
We will NEVER contact you to ‘claim’ a prize via social media. If you are contacted via social media advising that you have ‘won a prize’, please call or email us immediately.
There are no costs associated with receiving or collecting any of our giveaways.
